Living in the eastern portion of North Carolina, we knew that we would be unable to oversee the building of our new home at the Cliffs. Working with Resort was so easy—we were able to visit their showroom in Greenville, SC, and choose all of our trims, tiles, carpeting and appliances in one easy visit. Later, we made a trip to do an electrical walk-through and make decisions regarding where each outlet and vent would go. The progress on the house was amazing. One more walk-through a few months later to do the landscaping plan and we were done. We returned to North Carolina after each visit confident that our home was in good hands. Amy, with Resort, sent photographs every month to show us the progress being made. The house was completed on time, came in below budget and the craftsmanship was just as we expected.

We've seen neighbors struggle with their builders and sub-contractors and have felt so blessed to have been involved with Resort.  Our entire home was built and landscaped to our exact specifications and we only visited the site three times in the entire year and three months that it took to build.
